Exercise and Therapy Support
 

Home care offers crucial exercise and therapy support.  Some of our clients either attend therapy or exercise sessions at facilities.  However, many of our clients utilize therapy and workout sessions at home that are planned by skilled professionals like physical therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Exercise Physiologists for personalized rehab, mobility training, pain management, and fall prevention, ideal for those homebound or recovering from surgery/stroke, enhancing safety and motivation in a familiar setting.

 

These services build strength, improve balance, teach safe movement, and help manage chronic conditions, improving independence without clinic travel.  Breeze Home Care can eliminate travel, reduce stress, and provide therapy guidance in a familiar, controlled environment which is ideal for homebound individuals by utilizing hands-off guidance of recommended therapy and exercise plans.

Physical Therapy Session

Therapy Services may include:
